Refund Policy


We at Pepper Pots strive to provide our customers with high-quality plants and planters. However, we understand that sometimes customers may need to return or exchange their purchase. That's why we have a clear and fair refund policy in place.

Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns for any other case except case of Damage.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and details of the issue. We will either provide you with a replacement or issue a full refund for the value of Pots or Plants.

Plant Health Guarantee: We take great care to ensure that our plants are healthy and free from pests and diseases before shipping. However, we cannot guarantee plant health after delivery due to factors beyond our control, such as improper care, weather conditions, and other environmental factors.

Non-Refundable Products: Gift cards, custom orders, and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Changes to Refund Policy: We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website after such changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised refund policy.
